CQC Meetings
The Community Quality Council (CQC) meetings are co-convened by the IHC and management staff from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) local offices. Participants of CQC meetings include community groups, direct service providers, food pantries, medical clinics, domestic violence shelters, and homeless advocacy organizations. Established in 2004, the CQC meetings have been instrumental in improving services at local offices and establishing collaborative relationships between local office staff, service providers, and community groups.
